WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Tengku Dato’ Seri Hasmuddin Tengku Othman joined Messrs. Hisham, Sobri & Kadir in 1990, where he is presently the Principal Partner. His main areas of practice are corporate and commercial law and Islamic banking and finance. He is among the legal counsel involved in framing the structural framework for Islamic banking documentation in the early stages of that sector’s development in Malaysia.

Tan Sri Abdul Rahman joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (“MITI”) in April 1975 as an Assistant Director. During his 35-year career at MITI, he held various senior positions before retiring in December 2010. Among them include Deputy Trade Commissioner, Malaysian Trade Office, New York, the United States (US); Director of Trade, Malaysian Trade Centre, Taipei, Taiwan; Economic Counsellor/Trade Commissioner and Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission, Malaysian Trade Office, Bangkok, Thailand; Special Assistant to the then Minister of MITI; Member of the Board of Directors, Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT); Director of Industries; Senior Director of Policy and Industry, Services Division; Deputy Secretary General (Industry) of MITI; and Secretary General of MITI. He was an honorary member of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations, a Malaysian Leader for the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Economic Integration and a member of PEMUDAH (Public- Private Sector Task Force To Facilitate Business). Tan Sri Abdul Rahman represented Malaysia at many international meetings, negotiations, conferences and symposiums and was involved in formulating, implementing and monitoring policies and strategies on international trade and industries, and entrepreneurship development.

Latifah M. Daud is the Executive Director of Strategic Human Capital Management at Khazanah Nasional Berhad. With over 30 years of management consulting and human resources experience in semiconductor, aerospace, and software technology, she joined Khazanah in 2015 after living in Shanghai for eight years. Latifah began her career at a consulting firm in Singapore and later worked at Hatibudi Nominees/Renong Group and Arab Malaysian Merchant Bank. She previously taught computer science at Yayasan Pelajaran Mara and served as a Board of Trustee for Yayasan Khazanah. Currently, she sits on the Industry Network Talent Advisory at TalentCorp, Ministry of Human Resources.

AZIH BIN YUSOF

Azih bin Yusof, with over three decades of public service experience, currently serves as the Executive Director of TAJDID Corporation Sdn Bhd under the Terengganu State Government. His extensive career includes roles at Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU), where he served as the Deputy Director General (Information and Communications Technology). Azih, a certified expert in Database Management for the Public Sector since 2011, held key positions such as Government Chief Information Officer (GCIO) and Head of ICT Consultant at MAMPU, contributing to integrated digital services and information technology capacity building.

ADAM MALIK BIN AZLAN

Adam Malik is an experienced banker with 20 years of global experience in Malaysia, Singapore, London, and New York. He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bristol. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He founded EpicQuant Pte Ltd in Singapore after serving as the Director of Investment Banking at Maybank. He subsequently headed Maybank's global Islamic Investment Banking business and later served as the Regional Director for Maybank US and UK. He returned to Maybank Headquarters as Managing Director in 2016 and pursued his passion in Shariah Compliant Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence before leaving in 2018.

Shahrin, an award-winning ex Global CIDO, is currently the Executive Partner at Gartner Middle East, advising boards and C-Suites on digital, technology, and sustainability. Starting her career under Shell Graduate Leadership Programme in 2003, she rose the ranks taking up international roles across the board and founded one of the first digital ventures in Shell Fleet Solutions Globally. She became the Chief Information & Digital Officer for the world's largest LNG Marketing & Trading business where she led information and digital technology. In 2022, she was honoured with the CIO200 and CIO50 awards for her leadership in culture and diversity. Joining Gartner in 2022, she continues to provide strategic advice to clients across industries.

As Chief Transformation Officer, she leads fundamental changes and strategic investments in Fintech to position Theta Edge Berhad as a preferred digital provider. Beyond her leadership role, she is recognised for philanthropic efforts such as the 'Digitalising B40 Community Programme and the 'Digital Masjid Programme, enhancing financial management for mosques. Datuk Nuraslina is also a renowned industry influencer and speaker, receiving numerous accolades for her contributions.
