He is the Founder and Group Chairman of Stealth Group of Companies, a vertically integrated telecommunications infrastructure group with over two decades of operating history in Malaysia. Under his leadership, Stealth evolved from a project-based operator into an integrated infrastructure platform covering site acquisition, build-to-suit tower development, ownership, and long-term network operations. Dato’ Amrul brings extensive experience in telecommunications and infrastructure development, corporate structuring, project financing, regulated utilities, and capital markets, with a strong track record in building and scaling asset-heavy infrastructure businesses.

Mohd Danial Ariff is a governance and sustainability professional with a multidisciplinary background in audit, risk, compliance, and organisational resilience. Since joining Theta Edge Berhad in 2022, he has strengthened enterprise risk management, embedded ESG principles, and enhanced internal audit and assurance processes to support sustainable growth.

Appointed Head of Group Corporate Assurance & Sustainability on 1 January 2026, he oversees internal audit, risk management, governance, compliance, integrity, and sustainability. He works closely with the Board and Senior Management to reinforce controls and governance frameworks while providing independent assurance aligned with strategic and regulatory priorities.

With experience in finance, project management, and operations, he drives process optimisation, accountability, and continuous improvement to support long-term value creation.

Azrul Hairi graduated in March 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business (Finance and Banking) from Management Science University. He has over 14 years of experience in the automotive industry, serving GFB Automotive Sdn Bhd from 2007 to 2021, with his final role as Manager, Procurement, Warehouse and Sales.

He oversaw end-to-end supply chain and commercial operations, ensuring consistent raw material supply, managing logistics and inventory, and maintaining optimal stock levels through close coordination with purchasing and production teams.

He was also involved in the development and industrialisation of key vehicle models, including Proton X70 and X50, Mazda CX-5 and CX-7, Toyota Vios and Yaris, and Honda BR-V and City.

Currently, he oversees legal and corporate affairs, managing commercial agreements, dispute resolution, and secretarial matters. By blending litigation expertise with in-house experience, Ariffuddin provides commercially sound legal solutions that ensure regulatory compliance and support the organization’s strategic objectives.
