REPORT SCOPE AND BOUNDARY REPORTING FRAMEWORK
Theta’s 2022 Sustainability Statement follows Bursa Malaysia’s guidelines, aligning with SASB and United Nations Sustainable Development Group (UNSDG) standards. We’re integrating ESG principles into every aspect of our operations, aiming to be a leader in sustainability. Our goal is to join the FTSE4Good Index, known for sustainable investment. We’re involving all stakeholders, from supply chain to product development, in our sustainability efforts. We’re fostering a sustainability culture across the company to create a collective, responsible, and sustainable future.

Corporate Governance
We maintain strong corporate governance for transparency and accountability. The Board oversees strategy and risk, and the CEO-led management team executes decisions. Our diverse Board includes independent and sector experts. We regularly update policies in line with the Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance and global standards.

Our Code of Conduct sets expectations for employees, directors, and partners regarding ethics, anti-corruption, and fair dealings. We offer regular training, clear reporting channels, and a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct, supported by a transparent whistleblower system.
Risk Management
We prioritise effective risk management for sustainable growth. Our ISO 31000:2018-aligned ERM framework identifies, assesses, and manages strategic, operational, financial, and sustainability-related material risks. The Board oversees this process, while our Risk Champion and Owners monitor and report risks. We continually update policies to address evolving risks, aiming to safeguard our business, create value for stakeholders, and support UN Sustainable Development Goals.
