Theta Edge Berhad’s subsidiary, Theta Telecoms Sdn Bhd, is now the designated universal service provider for the Jalinan Digital Negara (JENDELA) Phase 1 project, with a budget of RM154.36 million. This initiative supports our commitment to bridging the digital divide and sustainable development in Malaysia. It involves providing cellular service infrastructure to 221 locations in 14 clusters over nine months, starting from January 29, 2022. We anticipate positive financial impact for 2022 and 2023 and align our efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) to promote social inclusion and growth in Malaysia.
